Programming With a Purpose
Our goal is to help you achieve your goal. To do so we offer multiple programs within our Group Coaching classes. Each program provides you with an appropriate path that is designed to help you meet your individual needs and reach your optimal fitness level.
Our expert coaching staff will work with you from day one to ensure you reach whatever goal you may have. Based off of your individual needs, goals, and personal assessment we can help you determine which of our three groups will be the best fit for you. The three group options are:
The “Fitness” group is designed to provide a safe training environment for those looking to improve their health, fitness and well being. Here you will be challenged with a variety of movements with focus on proper mechanics and progression. This is a great option for anyone looking to be strong, lean, and fit at any skill level.
The “Performance” group incorporates more complex movements with a greater degree of intensity. Classes are faster paced and designed for those individuals looking to take their current fitness to the next level. There are certain physical requirements needed before someone joins the “Performance” group. These classes are taught to the level of the athletes in the group and will really push them to that next level.
My life style prior to CrossFit Hingham involved 3-4 days of playing competitive soccer. I had struggled with knee pain over the years as a result of multiple knee surgeries while playing in college.
